The German and French embassies were to be temporarily housed on the 44th floor of a new high-rise building in Kuwait City. A clever arrangement of rooms had to be found in order to create joint areas and country-specific zones, on a limited floor space and with a variety of technical specifications at the same time. We proposed open-plan offices and short, spacious 'traffic' areas in order to promote the internal exchange of embassy personnel.
