The Gaston Lacoste site is a neglected industrial wasteland. Because of its immediate proximity to the city center, this was the starting point for further urban development. Based on the obvious qualities of the existing buildings, we wanted to recompose a coherent whole, through the development of extensions similar to the industrial buildings of the 18th century. Our project sought to create functional spaces, simplicity of organization, allowing the future evolution of uses and facilitating the integration of new programs.
